What shipping methods are available?

Orders are shipped out within 2 business days after orders are placed. UPS & Fedex are our preferred shipment methods. All putting mats are double boxed to ensure no damage occurs in transit.

How long will it take to get my package?

All orders will receive a confirmation email with tracking & shipping information. Standard Ground shipping is 5-7 days.

What if my mat doesn't lay flat?

After you unbox the mat, unroll it and let it lay flat for 24hours. Most wrinkles are just temporary. We use the highest quality rubber backing so the fabric can lay flat and the mats are ready to go! Please contact us if you are not satisfied.

Can I return my mat?

Yes! We offer a money back guarantee if you are not happy with your mat. Send us an email =)

Why am I still missing putts on the course?
